FAQs

When will my order ship?
We process orders ASAP, but always within 1-3 business days. If you are ordering to pickup locally in the shop, please allow us an hour to prepare your order. If you need us to run the order out to your car (we like sleeping kids too!) just give us a call or shoot us a message when you arrive.

Where do you ship?
We are happy to ship to anywhere in the USA - including APO and AFO addresses on most items. We are military families ourselves! If you are in another country, some items may not be able to ship to you, but we can do our best, send us an email at info@blossombabynw.com.

Free shipping exclusions (... sorry!)

Due to the size and weight of some products such as car seats, strollers and larger gear, some items are only eligible to be shipped within the contiguous United States and cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or other US territories. We are happy to work with you to find another retailer closer to your area that may carry the same item or comparable so you can still get the rad products you are in love with!

Do you have a military discount?
YES! We are a military family owned business. Please contact us at info@blossombabynw.com to verify military status and receive a discount code.

Do you offer gift cards?
Of course! Please buy a gift card here and make sure if you need a physical gift card mailed to the recipient to put that in the notes of your order, otherwise they will receive a digital gift card. Our gift cards do not expire.

Something is wrong with my order!
Oh man. We are all humans (and are sometimes very tired thanks to kids), if we've goofed and sent you the wrong item or are missing an item, let us know. We'll do what we can to resolve the issue. If you have a defective item, most of our manufacturers offer generous warranties and we are happy to help guide you in the right direction to get your warranty claim filed.

Need some guidance or troubleshooting with the products you ordered? We're happy to help! Whether that is fit assistance with your cloth diapers, troubleshooting a leak problem, or tweaking a wash routine, we're here to help you. Do you have a gift registry?
Of course we do! You can register for all the gifts you may want for any occasion (new baby, birthday, or even just because) either online or in-store and send out your registry to your friends and family. We also offer a wishlist if you just want to save your favorite items for yourself. You can sign up for a registry here!

Price Matching

Many of our vendors have very strict pricing requirements and sale restrictions, so our prices should match those of other stores almost every time. BUT, if you find a great deal on a product we sell, we're usually happy to work with you, within the means and bounds that we're able to do so. Send us a message and see what we can do! We appreciate that you would prefer to shop with us, support our local small business, and keep your funds in your local community.


All price matched items must be on the exact same product - same size, same color, same item and must be in-stock.
